It must have been nice to write on the internet and feel that the only people paying attention were your friends.
It’s been a while since I read a Pitchfork review, but last I remember this is how all their reviews are written. Today we have Spotify and other streaming services. If it takes me longer to read a review than it does to listen to the music, I’m not reading the review. I don’t read a lot of reviews anymore.
