Man, I’m really happy to see something like this on Youtube.

The original, L’alba dei morti viventi, by Goblin is one of the only pieces of music that does to me what great soundtracks should do: it makes me afraid of the dark. There isn’t much music that makes me afraid to be alone – afaik.

And others have picked up on it. For instance, Zombi is a group from Pennsylvania that’s heavily influenced by the music of Goblin. They lie somewhere between horror movie soundtrack and progressive rock. One commenter on Youtube wrote “Tangerine Dream becomes evil.” I agree.
