Daft Punk’s Live Set-Up

My heart’s all a twitter with the news that Daft Punk will be releasing a live album in November.

Mix Magazine has an inside look at Daft Punk’s live setup. If you’ve ever seen the DP pyramids then you know there’s a lot of electronic wizardry in there. They run a copy of Ableton Live, controlled Behringer BCR2000 MIDI controllers, some (what looks to be) Color Kinetics ColorBlast 12 TR RGB fixtures, and more.

The full write-up is in the August Mixmag. The Daily Swarm has a look at it.

Direct link to spread.
