I’m Not Very Strong

I changed my tires last night and now my arm is sore…still.

How To Eat An Elephant

Sometimes I feel like such a nerd for how excited I get over good software.

I’ve been wanting a software solution, both for work and personal endeavors, for project management. At work it’s hectic to find an email that someone is talking about, a file that they’re referring to and other notes. Utilities like this are [...]

Have You Ever REALLY Had Tea?

I enjoy a cup of tea once in a while, which is why I was interested by some article I read.

It was talking about how Americans just can’t understand why the English go nuts over tea and why it’s so important to the culture over there. The reason why we don’t understand?

Most Americans have never [...]

Thanks, Jerks…

Well, the bad reviews for the Silent Hill movie have started pouring in. I knew it was going to happen. I guess it shouldn’t be a surprise since the games haven’t been good since Silent Hill 2.

Regrets: Astronaut

In retrospect, I shouldn’t have given Duran Duran – Astronaut a favorable review for the college paper.

I’ve given that up. Clearly, [...]

They ZOT Me!

I caved. I went for the “Mystery Zot” on MacZOT today.

MacZOT offers Mac shareware at discount prices. When they do a “MysteryZOT” they typically bundle a bunch of Shareware and sell it as a whole package. Today’s ZOT is supposedly worth $60, selling for $15.

But I won’t know what I just bought until tomorrow morning. [...]

Best…Ad…Copy…Ever

Well, not really ad copy.

I’ve been looking at MIDI Pad controllers for drums and have been eyeing the Trigger Finger by M-Audio and the MPD16 by AKAI. M-Audio is known for entry/mid-level hardware while AKAI has been known for their killer MPC samplers.

The Trigger Finger

The MPD16

MusikMesse (Europe’s NAMM show) just ended, and Akai has announced [...]
